Pricing - White and Green Seasons

ROOM RATES

Room Rates are split into three  sets of rates:

  • There are two rates for the  White season (Peak and Off Peak)
  • There is one rate for the Green Season. Note that there is a discount for ‘more than one night’ stays.

All double beds have ‘pillowtop mattresses’.      Underblankets,  Pillows and Doonas  are supplied. Bathrooms  have bathmats supplied.

In the White Season, Linen  can be hired from Tanjil Creek Lodge  and includes:   fitted and top sheets;   pillowcases , bathtowels;  handtowels and facewashers.

 Note that in  the White Season  the Tanjil Creek Lodge Oversnow Service is Free of Charge.  It operates from Friday to  and including Monday (up to midday). Reservations essential – call 0418 512 220   or 0428 740 186

Our Financial Security Statement

Security of your Financial Data;  When you or our agents  process  a payment online, your financial data is processed by RMS through a ‘Payment Gateway’ .

The Payment Gateway checks if the payment is valid  and then stores the information  (as a token).  This ensures that there is no PCI (payment card industry) risk and that all financial data is held securely.

Tanjil Creek Lodge is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Tanjil Creek Lodge will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.  REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please see below Refund/Cancellation Terms and Conditions

When making / cancelling a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a)         If you cancel before 30 days of the arrival date, you forfeit your 50% deposit

(b)        If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date, there is no refund

However, we will work with you, to try to re-sell the booking. If we do  re-sell, then we will                   refund your monies,  less a commission/administration fee of 15%

(c)         Changing dates of booking is considered to be a cancellation

(d)         No refunds are given to customers due to lack of snow or bad weather conditions

(e)         No Shows will be considered as a cancellation

(f)          Cancellations are not accepted for bookings from a third party- eg Expeedia , AIR Bnb

(g)         Refunds will not be given in the event of Power outages or such events beyond our control.
